Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Serenity Par, we take pride in handcrafting each candle with care. We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes exchanges may be needed.

  • Exchanges Only – Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for refunds. However, we are happy to offer an exchange for another candle of equal value.
  • Condition – To be eligible for an exchange, the candle must be unused, unlit, and in its original packaging.
  • Timeframe – Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Damaged or Defective Items – If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will issue a USPS insurance policy.
  • Process – To start an exchange, please email us at orders@serenitypar.com with your order number and request. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item and sending your replacement.
