Q: Why do I see “Insurance” on the checkout page?

A: To ensure that your candle arrives safely and intact, we have implemented USPS Insurance. A 2$ to $5 investment in shipping insurance can go a long way, when it counts.

Q: What if my candle comes in broken?

A: We will gladly exchange the candle for a new one or issue a USPS shipping clam.

Q: Who do I contact if I have a problem with my order or candle?

A: Use the contact form to contact us and we will get back to you within 48 hours. Be sure to put your order number within the form so we can help resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Q: I am having a problem with lighting my candle.

A: The Wood Wick’s have beeswax on them, so the first light might take some time to light, so after that first light, you should be good to go.
